Exceptionally helpful lady on reception. The weather was extremely hot and we realised after a few minutes that the aircon wasn't working in our room. Went back to reception, she came immediately, agreed and we were allocated a new room within three minutes.

Everything was excellent. Breakfast was super with everything one could ask for in a continental selection. Bar area was small and quiet. Our dog was welcome.

Location for st Malo ferry is excellent. It’s beside a fab resto. The breakfast is very good. Staff helpful. Bed very comfy. Nice little touches at hotel such as games for kids.
